The Hesitations Of Life

hesitation,
left me destitute
hesitation,
left all alone to bare
hesitation,
left me in tears and pain
hesitation,
left now that my love has wained

All that is left is the hesitation without the crying since the love has wained.
Or is it?

Last night I saw the movie YES MAN - it can work both ways.

Last line really ties this together. Well done.

So hesitation is gone with love? To be bold enough to leave the hesitation behind before its too late.

Hesitation can create such regret...you've expressed this in a beautiful way.

Sweet Jim, how clever you are. You are right. The love of which I speak is the forever kind. Although it is gone from me, I still hold it tight. I have nothing else.

LB, you are too clever for me. You see right through me. Love is a fickle thing. Sometimes it is given but not returned.

Mia, one who is honest is one who lives life in pain or happiness. Thanks for stopping by. Love your site.

Amity, I am sure that I am much older then you. I have been married for 34 years. Somewhere along year 26, my heart died. One must either move on or remain. I remain.

Brutally honest. Heartbreaking. It seems that you have lost fear too.
