The Road Goes On And On......

And the road goes ever on and on
down the lane
pass violets, purple-blue
and iris standing tall
on and on it goes___

Will I follow where it leads___
or stay just one more day
the road goes ever on and on
lost in grass so green

I walk through fields of button daisies
a myriad of color and splendor___
and the road goes ever on and on
down the lane I wander

when will it end
where will it go
in forest...deep
with elven lore____
