Blue Eyes

Show me the sapphire glow of these eyes and

the darkness of your hair my love. Give me this little bit of you. I will wait for this gift but hurry my love.

She Should have Seen It Coming

she should have seen it coming
the abrupt ending with
the falls beginning
summers end with the wind swept garden paths
the last roses on the vine
first frost
it was as if autumn had encircled her heart
cold hands had touched them all
would they survive till spring
when once more hearts and life would meld together
she longed for daisy chains and elfin crowns of roses
will it come again, she did not know

The Man Who Wrote Her Poetry

He wrote her poetry. Beautiful words flew from his pen like butterflies in summer. Her heart beat all the faster with each line. In her mind she saw him. She saw his soul and heard his plea, his oath of love. And he was a lover and she his love. Desire for him grew with each poem, each day. The poems he wrote of her sweetness her perfection became overwhelming. Dreams of this man filled her life.
Sadly it could never be for she belonged to another. So left alone with his poetry and the sadness of her loss. Looking up at the nights glory of stars, in a garden full of summers sweet scents. Roses and peonies she took her life.

Betrayal

he walked the dark streets
alone with his aching heart
she had betrayed him

where once love blossomed
he now knew only sorrow
she loved another

Natures Gift

water natures gift
the beginning of it all
thirst quenched for all time

Shame

there is shame in my heart
my memories of you are many
all so full of guilt I know not what to do
forgive me my love for I have hurt you greatly
forgetting your tender love of me
my soul dies as time passes
and you my dear heart have found another

Winter

birds sing no longer
fall has come and gone it's way
winter now remains

long dark shadowed nights
as we sleep closer in bed
waiting for the light

sunlight to warm us
melting out frozen spirits
till dark comes again

Heavenly Bliss

I see your pale form dimly amid rumpled sheets
when I touch your fragrant body, jasmine engulfs me
your soft supple skin opens like a wild rose and I am lost

watching the sun dapple silky patterns aceoss your perfection
as I breath you, longing and hunger shape my body
the need is over powering, complete

come to me that I may become one with you
and pass through the golden gate
where heavenly bliss abounds

Your Kiss

I can't sleep
your kiss I can't forget
love does not die
nor fade like pictures
I want, I need to be with you
trapped inside your eyes
wish you could see me

Sorrow

sorrow
endless pain
living,empty hollow
to sleep my dreams
eternity

The Worn Stone

A stone in the graveyard, from long ago. Covered with dead leaves and moss.
Buried here a young man from an age past no longer mourned. Deeply engraved words of love and lost now encrusted with frost and ware.Someones lover gone to dust.

to dust must we go
mixing with the life of earth
till angles come forth

So Long Ago

so long is he gone
my heart beats all the slower
my tears have not stopped

The Notebook

A note book kept close to my heart. Pages filled with words of love. Your words once so freely given. Gone in a moment of fate and time. I read and reread the notebook with pain in my heart and tears in my eyes. For long ago karma took you from me.
At night I lie with this notebook on your side of the bed.As once I lie next to your heart. Remembering our life together is all I have. And times shadow will come to claim me soon, as will go this notebook into my grave.

claimed by shadows all
to soon;my heart grieves for you
I would follow now

Patience I Have None

patience I have none
waiting for your words of love
yet still you have me

have my body close
captured by the sweetest smile
my love remains true

Touch Me

touch me....still I am
touch me....desire stirred
reach out touch me....my love
body trembles hot moist....wanting
reach out taste my lips
your embrace captures my soul

Temptation

when I look into your deep brown eyes
it takes my breath away....
I drown in those eyes

each time I look at you....
you know just how to make me tremble

when you whisper soft an low
your kiss on my neck....

my body opens like a primrose
ah, I breath you in....

my body is an open book....
a book you have learned to read so well

as you turn the pages, every sigh is there
every moan is there....

you play your game with me....
until I can wait no longer

Doorway Of Love

seeds of love must pass
a doorway from now to then
a blossom grows there
sweetest lotus men do seek
to drink of waters so pure

Night of Love

rises with the moon
sets with the sun
weaving patterns of love…..
deep purple, violet blue,red
hearts burn hot in the night
bodies move under the stars
in slow rhythm with the universe

mornings slick dew, shimmers with stars light
shadows now follow all……
gone the nights heat and desire
gone the power and image of love
we are all chained for life……
a sentence without a chance of parole
hidden from the days light, waiting for dark

My Elixir

you my elixir
a love so deep that it pains
your touch like fire

thrills my senses so
no other taunts me as you
waiting I lie here

longing for your arms
and kisses to taste my lips
I am caught in you

Come To Me

come come my sweetness
closer to my gate of love
my scent is fragrant

Dreams Of You

I woke at four AM today and thought of you. Wondering as I lie so still were you awake too? Then back to sleep again only to dream of you. And in those dreams I hear your soft voice whispering words of love. Trembling I answer once more to your need.

thoughts of you in dreams
also fill my waking days
mind a whirl with you

My Lover My All

Hello Zanax my old friend. How have you been? I have been needing you. The total helplessness I feel is crippling my life. I am a mess from beginning to end. Maybe one day I won't need you but I doubt it. You are my friend, my lover, my all.

need is a strange thing
once you give your all your gone
and love takes your heart

When I look Into Your Eyes

When I look into your eyes, I see the boy you once were. Long before all that happens in life. I see summers lazing on the beach. Swimming in the sun. I hear your laughter and my on much younger response. When I look into your eyes I see my blued boy of summer now a man. I miss your little sweet face my brown berry.

live gives and life takes
time passes stopping for none
all grown up too soon

Whats Man Builds

nothing in life is
free we must all pay the price
liberty costs much

nothing lasts forever
what man builds will fade away
only love remains

September 9,2011

that flood of pain comes
once more to shadow my heart
my life drains away

ten years seems so long
how could I have born the loss
with but one red rose

each year is one more
I must wait for your embrace
closer closer soon

9,11...never forget.

Bare Beaches

sandy beaches bare
misty clouds cloak the thin tide
faint laughter lingers

I was a little late with this one.
9/11 never forget!

Hidden

hidden beneath your
pliant skin your heart
sensuous you are

I penetrate this lushness
cracking your veneer
seeking inner warmth

Passing Years

In time as the years passed, they did not know of what
to speak of. Once their talk never stopped. Words gushed
forth of their own. Words filled with love surrounded them
But that was the spring of their relationship. Once so simple
the exchanging of thoughts and feelings. Now the stream had
dried to a trickle. The bedrock of their relationship was crumbling.

once love filled their life
now empty thoughts followed them
oh were has love gone

Words Of Color

When she spoke
her words became
shades of silver and gray
Filling the morning mist
rising from her body
with a rainbow of thoughts
In her mind
she could see herself
covered in their silky touch.
Colors sparkled as she moved
breathing in and out
she walked
shimmering
colors swirling around her
In a maze she walked
while jeweled tones fell
gently beneath her feet.
Her eyes opened upon the morning world
seeing what others could not
The color of her words
filled her with wonder
as her laughter echoed
in silver and gray

First Kiss

our first kiss so sweet
the taste of cherries lingers
your lips brush my own

Magic In The Forest

deep in the forest
magic weaves it's willfulness
beware it's strong spell

land of the Fae knights
dressed in silver mall and veils
they do the Queens will

the scale has been tipped
and summers dreams sleep awhile
covered in the frost

the summer Queen stirs
when the scale tips back she wakes
her dreams but a memory

trailing roses and
butter cups the scents of her rein
her knights golden still

The Yearning

yearn for love she did
as time passed so swiftly by
weaker grows her heart

Hidden

hidden beneath your
pliant skin I seek
a sensuous you

I penetrate this
lushness cracking your veneer
loss in your embrace

Hypnotic

those eyes hypnotic
binds my body tightly to you
our gaze locked in love

Shadows Around Me

In the blackness of night. The wind dies as those who are called.
My eyes can't help but linger on shadows. Shadows of those gone
So curious their forms, their shapes crowed around me.
The night holds fear as I lie still in fright, waiting for the dawns first light.

late at night they come
shadows milling about me
I will not survive

Gray Moss

all that is left now
heavy moss around the stone
flowers turn to weeds

Abandoned Farm

Once mighty tractors ploughed vast fields. Planting wheat and corn.
During late August the Harvest Moon, big and red. Tells the farmer the
all is ready. Lush reward for all of their hard work. Soon comes the years of drought and the once proud farm is abandoned. The vestige left cluttered with rusted tractors. Stop dead in the dry barren fields.
Man leaves his foot print for all to see and weep. Who will grow the wheat to feed the world?

once lush farm did grow
now remains a empty field
will the rain come soon.

The Red Umbrella

the red umbrella
one among many that day
ripped away by wind

The Matador

the great matador
bravely flourishes his cape
enraging the bull

Windmills IN My Mind

windmills in my mind
spinning silky webs serene
sensuous colors

shooting stars arise
tick behind my gray blue eyes
kaleidoscope shines

moonbeams bend and sway
windmills ever spinning bright
long into the night

Mirrors

mirrors draped in black
her thoughts remain in sorrow
heart broken and still

Letters In A Satin Box

within the old box
his letters from long ago
tied with blue ribbons

each night brings sorrow
her sheet remains empty cold
his touch a lost dream

weeping through the night
arms reaching out his body
forever alone
