she soaked in her tub
softly sponging her body
daydreaming of him
lying back she smiled
ardent were his kisses sweet
lips smooth and giving
tonight she would know
as stars raced across the sky
if his love was true

My candle burns at both ends;
It will not last the night;
But ah, my foes, and oh, my friends-
It gives a lovely light!

Thanks Susie. I thought I was in love but I guess It was only coming from my side. Hard to let go. I am glad you liked it.

I so hope the writers dream comes true, it sounds like she deserves to be loved!
A classy & seductive haiku that any guy I'm sure would want to take part in dreaming and hopefully making a reality.
romantic, how she day dreams of him in bath tub.
wow.
The stars would tell?
Sponging up the river
Sweet dreams while bathing... I hope her wishes come true.
Lovely sentiments of passionate love!
